Working across a purpose-led charitable group, I’ve led design and UX efforts to evolve brand presence, improve journeys, and grow engagement.
Introduced and embedded service design methods into cross-functional team processes, including workshop facilitation and journey mapping. This ensured a shared understanding of user needs and helped align brand and creative efforts across all internal toolkits, campaigns, and social content.
Produced a diverse range of digital and print assets, including reports, animations, motion graphics, and a podcast series. These efforts created a consistent and compelling brand presence, expanding our storytelling capabilities across multiple formats.
Led creative direction for a platform-wide website redesign, using service design methods to improve navigation and accessibility, and aligning internal team processes.
Applied a research-first approach using SEO tools, user interviews, and analytics to shape a data-driven content strategy. Directed a new content strategy that grew YouTube views 10x in under a year by aligning narratives with user insights and purpose-driven content, while also improving engagement across other channels.
